This is a very heavy clear glass Deco perfume bottle atomizer without puffer and tubing.It appears to be chrome on brass with stainless steel mechanism - very surprisingly I find no marking as to maker. I did not try to remove the top and there may be a mark there. Nice display as is or repair to use.
