Returns/Refunds

You are welcome to return items within 14 days from date of purchase. After 14 days, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Please begin the refund process by notifying us for a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must also be in the original packaging. Please note the buyer must pay the return shipping cost to return the item.

Error in Description or Defective

If we have seriously & materially erred in the item description or the item is defective, Olde Kitchen will take the return, refund the purchase price and provide a return shipping label or refund the return shipping cost, as well. 

Damaged in Shipping

Our shipments are typically very well packaged to protect against damages to the item. Should your package arrive damaged during shipment, please email photo(s) of the damaged package & the damaged item. Please provide a description of how the package was damaged.
