This is a highly decorated vase vanity jar with stopper from the wonderful collection of Elizabeth Arden "Treasures of the Pharoahs" 1982 in white porcelain and made exclusively in Japan for Arden. This is titled Royal Pyramid Vase in the collection. I have included a photo of the collection pieces we just received for your enjoyment of the great variety.
