This is a lovely Victorian Tussie Mussie larger size 5 1/8" which may have been Party/Dance accessory or Wedding flower holder or Bible decoration. It is a clear glass tube covered beautifully with very fine lace covering the tube with delicate tiny bows clustered at the top. I believe the loose ribbon was a "handle" Lovely estate item.
Condition very nice antique - Lace is intact - ribbon fragile - see closeup photo pls
NOTE: Ideal item for display and use as a pattern for making new ones for your wedding or creative projects. I have not tested the fabric/ribbon for strength.
