This is a lovely Victorian Tussie Mussie larger size 6" which may have been Party/Dance accessory or Wedding flower holder. It is a clear glass tube covered beautifully with shirred wide satin peach ribbon edged either side and gathered by hand stitching tightly either side of the tube. It has a "handle" or "hanger" with bows of darker narrow satin ribbon. Lovely estate item.

NOTE: I have not tested strength of ribbons - Ideal item for display and use as a pattern for making new ones for your wedding.
