An antique original art illustration political cartoon by V. Floyd Campbell 1873-1906. Signed by the artist lower right corner. Ink and watercolor (or similar) on paper. "These Children Will Rule The World To-Morrow".
Mr. Campbell was a proliferate illustration artist for various newspapers and periodicals in Detroit, New York, and Philadelphia. There is no indication of who the person is. This estate item sealed backing to the under glass frame - I did not open to see if any info is written on the illustration back.
Large size... frame 18.5" x 25.25"... exposed image 13.5" x 19.5".
Antique condition... overall toning to paper with some moisture stain and spots.
