A vintage green canvas military bag/pouch - no strap. This item has no marking, but likely a US Army product... I would think a gas mask carrier.
This estate item was put in a dry storage unit in 1984. Solid used field condition. No tears or holes to bag. Some black rubber residue inside - some vintage canvas smell from long time storage - could use airing out. I have not washed it.
