A vintage cast iron skillet by unknown maker Japan. These were made in various sizes and are marked with a U- and a number. This pan is stamped PAT. PEND.... others found online are stamped PAT. 10015.
Dual pour spouts, 3 notch heat ring, grooved and gusseted handle.
Size #8... 10.5" diameter at rim x 1.75" deep... weight 4.3 lbs.
Good used condition - no cracks, chips or serious form damage - 1/16" movement side to side at spouts, but sits well. Very nice ground smooth cook surface. Lye bath cleaned and seasoned with one coat of vegetable oil. This will be a nice pan to cook with.
