Unbranded Heavy Duty Commercial Stainless Copper Disc 8 Qt Stock Pot to Steam Table

A quality, heavy duty commercial cookware item by unmarked maker. Thick stout stainless steel pot with copper core disc bottom. I would think this item would be used to cook soup or vegetables on the stove top, than transferred to a steam table. Far superior to your average steam table insert. Could be used as a double boiler insert, as well.

Size 8 quart... 10-5/8" rim diameter - 9-5/8" OD cylinder diameter... 6-3/4" tall... weight 5 lbs.

Good used condition - no dents or serious damage... cleaned.
