43 pieces total... 8 salad forks, 8 dinner forks, 7 dinner knives, 8 teaspoons, 8 place/soup spoons and 4 serving pieces.

Very Good used condition... the yellow handle are very nice, bright with shiny color - common fine scratch/wear to stainless.
