This is a  vintage, very heavy reversible wool throw blanket made in Scotland for Sibley Lindsay Curr Dept. Store in Rochester NY. Est 1868 which became part of Associated in 1957 and May Dept. Stores in 1969, later taken in the Kaufman Division when the name Sibley's was dropped in 1990.  So, this is vintage for sure... nice condition!

  • Sibley Lindsay & Curr original ribbon tag - Made in Scotland.
  • Brown Plaid one side - solid brown other.
  • Pre-owned used - Fine Condition from estate. I carefully washed with wool products and it came out beautifully. I do not usually wash wool, but there were some stains and I am pleased with result of this quality blanket.
  • Field - 46-1/2" X 60" + 3" Fringe.
