This is a lovely Shanghai Tang pleated top Silk Dress. Lovely shade of Blue with subtle flowers embossed into the silk. Set in 3 1/2" band waist is embroidered in white with additional white trim finish which matches trim on pleated bodice. Straps are adjustable for nice fit. Dress is fully lined in silk. It zips on the side. Quality is great on the Shanghai Tang pieces and this has the lovely embroidered ribbon maker tag.
