A vintage 1960's Pyrex USA casserole dish with clear glass lid in the Town & Country pattern - brown orange/yellow Dutch hex on white. Model number 045... 2-1/2 quart.

Good used condition... no chips or cracks - the dish is very nice, bright and clean - the lid has some common stacking scratch and scuff to the inside.
