A vintage Providence Woolen Mills fringed throw, blanket or travel rug in a beautiful yellow, red, orange, green, turquoise and blue tartan plaid. This piece is a very thick, dense, heavy wool.

Providence Woollen Mills began by Sisters of Charity in Mayo County, Ireland in 1892. The company closed in the 1960s.  We estimate this piece is from the 1940-1950s.

  • Weight-  2.95 lbs
  • Condition is Very Good for its vintage ~has several tiny holes/ thread breaks ~ does not appear moth, noticed when held to light.
