Really neat ceramic Hair Receiver could be used for cosmetic brush holder made in Phillipines. It's a vintage take off on the Victorian hair receivers. I have never seen these beauties made in Phillipines. Hibiscus all way round shades of pink rose with yellow and detailed green leaves.
