Description:
A pair of vintage long sleeve tee shirts from the 6th annual (1994) and the 7th annual(1995) Sarasota French Film Festival. Note the sleeves on one shirt have been modified. May have been cut for work gloves.
Provenance:
From the estate of "MN", who started as a roadie and worked as union stagehand, sound & lighting director and, finally, stage director. This shirt is one of four dozen from 1980's and 1990's, folded and stored by MN. Many were likely from shows, festivals, concerts, plays and ballets MN worked as stagehand.
Preparations:
Shirts were folded and stored for decades. MN was a smoker so all have been soaked in Biz for 48 hours, machine washed and machined dried (without bleach or stain remover). Your shirt will
smell of cleaning product
so you will need to wash with your preferred laundry products.
