We have received an estate collection of WW 11 Sweetheart Jewelry made with military or local metals where the artisan was stationed and known as "Trench Art." This collection is all made with Operculum shells Cat's Eye.
This is a large Cross necklace of silver metal with 6 very colorful Operculum Shells. Measurement of Cross incl bail is approx 2 1/4" - the chain is approx 16" No markings on either cross or chain but usually these military metals were not engraved.
Nice original condition from estate. Will mail in box well wrapped. This is nicely crafted.
