I've always been fascinated by sock darners - just the variety and seeing my older relatives use them in WW2 times. This is a good collection from estates including 3 wooden ones 2 natural and one black. There are 2 unusual ones Egg shape - the first is marbleized looking stone and the other is a beautiful mystery - an iridescent blue gold some type of stone I believe. Too heavy for glass but am not sure what it is, just lovely! Much more interesting in person than my pix.
