A stainless steel heavy duty grater by Küchenprofi of Germany. This board style shredder has a 5-1/6" solid round frame - very sturdy. I believe this might have been marketed as the Raw Diet Grater for vegetables, but looks like a coarse Parmesan cheese grater as well.
