A carving kitchen knife by J.A. Henckels - Solingen, Germany. Model 31070-200 mm. 8" stainless steel no stain friodur blade with black handle.
This knife has been used and shows wear. The blade has rub/scratch and some minor small pit specks, but no nicks - quite usable - the handle has some rub/wear as well.
