International Korea Cape Cod Stainless Flatware NIP Seconds - 12 Iced Tea Spoons

A set of 12 vintage stainless steel iced tea spoons by International in the Cape Cod pattern - made in Korea. 

Size 7-1/8".

These are apparently factory seconds with defects - new in plastic slips. The handles have miscast pocks and irregularities.
