An old bail action ice cream scoop by Gilchrist's model No. 31. Wood handle with mixed nickel plated metals.
Size 10.75" length x 2" bowl.
Worn primitive item, that looks to have been used commercially. Dimples to the bowl and solder repair - loss of plating. It still works, but seems more a décor piece.
