This is a OOAK hand made enamel buckle with lavender ultrasuede fabric for the belt. Buckle is pearly white with purple shades flowers. Just stitch end and run the fabric through the buckle. Ultrasuede is washable dryable so quite a practical unused estate item, vintage probably 1970s 80s.
