A vintage creamer by Island Worcester - made in Jamaica. In my research, I have unable to find a pattern name or any other items in this line. Hand painted underglaze yellow fruit similar to the Vera Neumann Forbidden Fruit pattern.
Size 4.5" tall.
Great Condition... if this was ever used, it was not much... no chips or cracks.
