This is an estate item Victorian era Antique glass seed bead work fashioned into a belt. The bead work is in diamond design - very well crafted and unusually good condition for age. It is from an estate that had items dating from Civil War. We believe it is Native American bead work as there were souvenirs from early 1900s trip west from Ohio incl Native American items packed with it.

  • Length 28 1/2" X 2" wide
  • Has 2 hook & eye fasteners - eyes set approx 2" into end of belt
  • Backing feels like woven substantial weight cotton similar to what was termed "menswear"
  • Nice condition for age - minor damage to bead work with rust on hook fasteners. Found packed in estate with other souvenirs from west of USA
