A vintage large round sauteuse pan with cover by Commercial Cookware Toledo Ohio. Hard anodized pan with lid - the pan is not non-stick. Model 5007 - stamped 7 quart. This item dates to the early 1990's, with a foil Calphalon sticker when the name change was occurring. Both pan and the model 316 C cover are NSF rated.
Size 14.5" diameter at rim x 3" deep... 18" across handles... weight heavy 7.5 lbs.
Very Good pre-owned condition with fairly mild signs of use... no dents or serious damage.
