Capelli Small Shoulder Handbag Blue Woven Paper Handbag Unique

This is a Capelli small handbag made of Blue woven paper.  Quite unique and well crafted with sateen lining which is as not used. Hats were also made like this! Nice condition different little bag found packed in estate.
