From estate a fantastic collectible hand made vest with 240 +/- best I could count - pins, buttons, memorabilia BPOE Elks. Told by daughter, owner would have people come up to him and "pin" him while sitting at the Elks in Venice, Florida from all over USA - Most states are represented by the buttons which are so unique clever - shapes of animals, states, parade floats, conventions, homecomings, presidents buttons, Grand Lodge Sessions, anniversaries of lodges, Esteemed Leading, Loyal and Exalted Knight and Ruler buttons etc Pins are mostly 1980s 1990s vintage.
Vest label Hand Made By Marion of heavy weave navy blue cotton or blend fully lined with cotton fabric.
Back at underarm 21 1/2" Back Shoulder 14 1/2". Front just below underarm 10 1/2" each front side panel - Length Front Shoulder to Point 25".
Weight is 3 lbs 13 oz before packing
Nice vintage intact condition, no major flaws. Is as arrived from estate so may show minor dust fading.
