From living estate lovely 95 years young woman moving downsizing brought from Maine to Florida. Lots of old buttons mostly used from different eras and misc sewing items.

Bottom is sturdy wood and there are circular wood decorative strips to top and around bottom - very well made box
Red raffia like over metal handle sides
Appears missing hook at cover top front
Interior is silk like fabric and has some fray from pins age etc.
Basket condition is very good for age - weight before packing 3 lbs 2 oz
