This is I believe an acrylic or blend baby crib or stroller blanket with a very thick, dense, fluffy nap. Very charming red and White with Bunnies and Flowers Ribbon label research shows factory in business early 1900s to 2004. It is very like the fiber called Dolan in Europe but I am unable to find translation for the maker tag on the blanket. Quite a collectible!
