Mid Century Scandinavian Cheese Slicers Planes - Teak Rosewood Handles

From the mid century era, one will find quite a variety of Scandinavian hand held cheese/butter plane slicers... often with teak or rosewood handles... some with fixed stainless blades and some with wire cutters... the photo shows some examples... from left to right....

Selandia Norway... 18-8 stainless

Nils Johan Sweden... 18-8 stainless... serrated cutter

Unbranded... Lundtofte Opus look...

Raadvad Denmark... stainless

Spar Norway... 18-8 stainless...

Unbranded Norway... a hard to find cheese/dessert server, compliment to a slicer.

others common brands not shown... Eskilstuna Sweden, Lauffer, Dansk Torun, and KN Knivman Sweden...

you will find some of these planes badged Hickory Farms... these look to be same Spar and Knivman products renamed under contract for the American cheese retailer.
