July 4th Grill Out - Fresh Large Mouth Bass on Griddle

Our July 4th 2017 grill out included fresh caught Florida large mouth bass... very simple and delicious... salt, pepper, olive oil and fresh garden chives... cooked in enclosed gas grill on a vintage 1980s blued steel long griddle... the griddle was just placed on the grill grate and fish cooked with lid closed.
