Unlike Dansk enamel cookware, the copper cookware items are not common to come across... it can take a while to build a collection.
The yellow sheet is two sided and gave instructions, use and care for many Dansk items... the pink sheet is for copper cookware...describes how to remove the factory protective lacquer and use/care.
