A vintage mid century modern era wall art hanging by unsigned maker. Very striking African motif textile on welded brass frame. The cloth looks like it could be a Kuba weaving. The large field of cloth is compiled by hand sewing 4.5" wide woven strips together. Dye painted images of Pende tribe type costumed people. And then, the overall panel was hand sewn to the brass frame.
